The Staff Activity Tracker allows staff members to view a list of all online Admins, Mods, and Helpers, displaying their current active or AFK status in real-time.

usage

View Active Staff

To view the list of online staff and their active/AFK status:
/active

Output Example:

Admins:

  • PlayerB (AFK: 12m 4s)
Mods:

  • PlayerD

How It Works

1. Login Initialization: When a staff member logs in, their status is registered in the core database.
2. Background Monitoring: Every 30 seconds, a background server task evaluates all online staff members' AFK status (synced directly with Essentials' AFK check).
3. Status States:
   • Active: Displayed in green. The staff member is active and playing.
   • AFK: Displayed in gray along with a timer showing exactly how long they have been AFK.
4. Logout Cleanup: When a staff member logs off, their record is removed from the active monitoring list.

Use /active before sending important messages or transferring tickets to ensure the target staff member is actively playing and not AFK.
