👞 Walking Speed

Root commands: /speed
Worlds: All Servers
Access Level: Admin

Use these commands to modify or check a player's walking speed (when they are on the ground, not flying).

[!WARNING]
Do not set speed values too high (do not exceed the recommended ranges), or you will cause intense server lag.

Setting Walking Speed For Yourself

/speed walk <1-10>
Alternatively, if you are currently on the ground, you can use /speed <1-10>.

Setting Walking Speed For Another Player

/speed walk <player> <1-10>

Checking a Player's Walking Speed

To investigate suspected speed hacks or verify active speed modifiers, check a player's current speed float value:
/speedcheck <player>

• Example: /speedcheck SuspectPlayer
  This returns the target player's exact walk speed attribute (standard default is 0.2).
