๐ŸŽ’ Player Data & Inventories

Root commands: /invsee, /cmi inv, /ec, /backpack, /inventory, /enderchest, /playerdata
Worlds: Spawn, Overworld, Underworld-A, Underworld-B, Pit
Access Level: Admin

There are a few different methods of accessing a player's inventory data, depending on whether they're on the server or not.

Accessing Inventory and Enderchest (Online)

When a player is online, use these commands to access their inventory and enderchest. Make sure you're in the same world as the player! Find where they are with /find <name>.

Accessing the inventory of an online player

Two commands work:

  • /invsee <name>
  • /cmi inv <name>

/invsee will only let you see their 36 inventory slots (no armour/offhand), but is easier to use. /cmi inv lets you see their entire inventory, but can be annoying in some cases (e.g. you can't shift-click items out, or copy them without first moving them to your inventory)

Prefer the /invsee command when you don't need to access the player's offhand or armour.

Accessing the enderchest of an online player

/ec <name>

This command works very similar to /invsee. Note that you must be in the same world as the player.

Accessing Inventory and Enderchest (Offline)

Run these commands only if the player is offline. If they're online and/or in a different world, it can cause item duplication or loss!

Accessing the inventory of an offline player

/inventory <name>

Do not use this command if the player is online, it will likely cause item loss or duplication. Check if they are online in any world with /find playername - you should receive a That user is not online message.

Accessing the enderchest of an offline player

/enderchest <name>

Do not use this command if the player is online, it will likely cause item loss or duplication. If they're online, use /ec.

Accessing Player Vaults

You can access a player's player vault (/pv) regardless of whether they're online.

/backpack <name>

The data on their end won't be updated until you close the GUI, so if you're taking items out, do it as fast as you can to avoid conflicts.
