🎫 Help Questions
Tickets are fair game to everyone, if you see a ticket you can resolve feel free to respond to it. Please make sure you claim any ticket you are actively handling.
If you are not able to handle a ticket and there are staff active that can, please leave the ticket open for them to claim (or yield the ticket if needed). If there are no higher staff online, take the ticket and ask the player to make a ticket in the Discord.
Claiming A Ticket
To claim a ticket, either click on the chat notification for it or use the command:
/helper claim <ticket#>
Replying To A Ticket
To reply to a ticket, either click on the chat notification after claiming or use the command: If you make a mistake or don't know how to answer the question, yield it with the command: If you want to view the answer to a help ticket from earlier on or that somebody else answered, use the command: Lets be honest - we all love a bit of friendly competition. If you're curious how many tickets each helper and staff member has answered, and what kind of feedback they got on them, you can view the "leaderboard" of sorts with the command:
